To Impress, Tufts Prospects Turn to YouTube

Until recently the college essay was the one chance for the applicant to become more than an application and communicate to admissions officials that they were a real, living, breathing person. Now there is YouTube. More and more universities are receiving short videos of applicants in addition to all the regular application materials. They have been a big hit at Tufts University.
